Spending time resting and releasing tension from the body is a powerful tool for rejuvenating and processing; consciously influencing our state of mind, body and spirit.

Each class will include a gentle warm up, to expand and open the body to a breathing practice, and to work out a little tension. A pranayam, or conscious breathing exercise, will be learned, and a couple of restorative postures done, to allow the body to deeply rest.

You will take away breathing practices that you can use in daily life, and adaptations of restorative postures that you can use at home for relaxation.
